I know that most of us are not yet talking about college financially but, we all need to learn to budget our money when we get a credit card. I just watched a video about debt and realized that we all need to be aware of that.

ELC, Wolf Ridge

Last week I went to a place called Wolf Ridge. It was a whole lot of fun! I went with my whole eighth grade class, and we did a bunch of fun stuff together, such as: rock climbing, hiking, learning about small mammals, climbing over a wall as a team (one kid got a major wedgie ;) ), did a high ropes course, and played a bunch of poker. I stayed in a dorm with seven other guys, and we had a lot of fun. I wish we could've stayed longer, and a bunch of other people agree with me. We also saw a great view of lake superior.

Creative Commons

After watching a video about image attribution, I learned that you can't just pull an image of the web and use it for whatever you want without the person who took the images' permission. So you can't just use Google images (darn) even when you are in a pinch. You have to use a creative commons because the users allow you to always use the image as long as you give attribution.

My Dream Jobs

I have a lot of things that I would like to be when I get out of college. This is my list in favorite order, and how much money they make.
1. Pastry Chef ($50000+)
2. Private chef for a wealthy person ($200000+)
3. Chocolatier ($21000-100000)
4. Private Investigator ($75000+)
5. Hotel Manager ($23000-880000)

Some of these lines of work can be quite stressful and have long ours of work. They also have a lot to do with reputation. When you work in school, it is to pay mostly for school. But after school, it is to feed yourself.

Fish

Do you ever feel like a white fish in a sea of blue fish? If you do don't change. Be yourself.

Movie

I am going to go to the Avengers movie this Friday. I hope it is a good movie, and I hope the theater has the snacks I want.

Minimum Wage

The minimum wages in Minnesota are for the hourly worker over the age of 15, are stated below.

Large Business: $6.15 an hour
Small Business: $5.25 an hour
Training Wage: $4.90 an hour

Spending

Here are some things I spend money on:
Food, Candy, Toys, Arrows, Drawing utensils, and Things for cooking. What do you spend money on?

Healthcare Bill

There is a bill that is at the supreme court that is being debated whether it should be a law or not. This bill is about healthcare, and how everyone needs to have it and that we all would have to pay the same amount for it. I don't think the bill should be passed because you can't force people to buy something. I mean, there are people in the US that can't afford that anyway.
